What happened to your online chat?!

Your customer support has gone down the drain. I can't find the online chat I used last month anywhere so I have to call in to get help with a billing issue on my account and I've been on hold all evening!! Apple truly does NOT care. Do NOT sign up for their products!!

Help me find the chat box Please help me to understand!I was chatting with an online chat to Apple. I then had to change over to a place where I could copy some info they asked for. When I tried to get back to the chat, I couldn’t find the page with the chat box. I am trying to cancel some apps which I unknowingly set up with weekly charges! I don’t even know which ones are conected!
