Waiting forever for Apple 'Chat' support?

How long do we have to wait? It always says "2 minutes"? Been hanging for half an hour....

A half our is too long ...

It sounds like that chat window froze for whatver reason. You may have a bit of a wait via phone but I've always had better luck that way.
