Connecting Apple TV to my wife phone?

My wife is sharing my Apple ID and she can’t watch the movies that I brought or we downloaded from a dvds to the apple itunes account? On her Iphone x.

I don’t know why she can’t access the content.

On a different note: Rather than sharing an Apple ID, you should set up Family Sharing. Apple IDs should be as personal as a passport.
