Error 4013 when restoring iPhone 7 with iTunes

my I phone just started turning on and off but not passing the Apple logo so I decided to update and it didn’t work so now I’m trying to restore and it’s giving me the 4013 error! I tried different cables different computers and it’s stI’ll not helping
