My wallet looks very different and I cannot add cards - it looks different, even to phones of my friends who have the same iPhone.

I was able to fix the above problem:
Why do I not have a + sign and how can I add cards? I just deleted my iPhone and restored to factory settings five minutes ago. That is not pleasure... but I thought this would solve most of my issues with iCloud and Wallet and all that.
