xCode 9 app store build not showing in iTunes Connect

I want to upload the app to app store .First I successfully took the build using xCode 9 and xCode 9.2.After that I tried to submit the app to appstore using iTunes connect but the build is not showing in iTunes connect(+ symbol not showing). I have been trying for last two days. I have not still got the build in the iTunes. Even I increased the build version. However I did that,the build has not come.What is the solution for this?. No matter what I searched apple forums, stackoverflow answers and other google answers, I could not find out the solution.Kindly help me to get through this issue.
