Profile and device management disappeared from iOS 11

i have been using a beta app for a few months now and earlier this week I was no longer able to open the app. I then noticed that my profile and device management had disappeared from settings. I have since deleted the beta app but I am not able to download it. It keeps giving me an error message that says it can’t be downloaded at this time. Is this a bug? How do I restore device management so I can trust the app?

Release 15.4.1 is not visible to devices with a beta profile. I have tried to update the following devices - Two (2) iPhones 11 Pro Max, iPhone 12, and iPad - 7th generation. One iPhone 11 Pro Max and iPad have the beta profile enabled. Release 15.4.1 is not visible to devices with a beta profile. I deleted the beta profile to download the security update. Problem: Unable to download 15.4.1 on devices with a beta profile Workaround: Delete the beta profile (By going into settings)
