My iPhone SE is lost and I get a phishing mail and I click on it and my account was deleted on iPhone SE.How can i recover my iPhone.

Apple ID hacked my Apple ID was hacked and my phone is locked onto another Apple ID which is not mine. I have never seen the email before. Is there a way that I can unlock the phone.? would I take it into the apple store and show proof of purchase? or is the phone lost forever ?
