how can i delete a preowners card information on my phone?

i tried to go on the apple website and change the billing information there and it wouldn’t save, also looked online how to do it, i followed through with the steps but when it’s time to save the payment plan it says the information has to match but the preowners card is still logged in and i can’t purchase anything from the app store with out verifying the billing information, which is the previous owners information that’s still logged in.

Hmm, something seems incorrect. Are you logged into the phone with your Apple ID? Go to Settings > your-name > "Name, Phone Numbers, Email." Does your information show? If that is correct, see this:

Hi

You need to ask owner to go to iCloud on a apple device they have and remove the iPhone he sold you from the list of devices

They you need to go to settings down to reset Restore iPhone back to factory settings

Then set back up over your wifi.

If he can't do this get your money back.
