problem with iCloud Drive

I'm trying to set up iCloud Drive on iPhone5...

Set up iCloud Drive - Apple Support

it says:

Go to Settings > [your name].

Tap iCloud.

Swipe to turn on iCloud Drive.

You can find your iCloud Drive files in the Files app.

If you're using iOS 10 or iOS 9, tap Settings > iCloud > iCloud Drive. Turn on iCloud Drive, and tap Show on Home Screen. Then you'll find your files in the iCloud Drive app.

I'm on iPhone5, have 10.3.3 (I just upgraded)

I don't see "Show on Home Screen" when I turn on iCloud Drive

would appreciate some help... thank you...
