GarageBand file unable to be retrieved from iCloud

One of my GarageBand files automatically offloaded onto my iCloud drive, and now I’m unable to open it or download it off of iCloud. This is what it says when I try to re-save it:

And this is what it says when I try to open it in GarageBand:

I put a lot of work into this song and I’d hate to have to redo it. And ideas?
