can a ipad A1337, be fixed , water damage

That’s an original 1st generation, 2010 iPad.

I seriously doubt that iPad can be repaired, at all, by anybody. Not even Apple, any longer!

I am pretty sure Apple no longer repairs or replaces these 1st gen iPads.

Apple won't even give any cash/gift card for recycling that iPad.
