Voice control message interrupting use of ipod when earphones in jack

Can anyone help, with voice control frequently interrupting, my ipod when earphones are in the jack.

iPod touch (6th generation), iOS 11.0.2, FEEDBACK FOR APPLE!!!

My iPod Nano will activate voice over and song/podcast skipping based on movement even thought these options are disabled. I have the last generation iPod Nano. I have the voice over option disabled in the accessibility menu. Additionally, I have "shuffle shake" deactivated. However, while listening to my iPod, the voice over will frequently activate, and podcasts and songs will shuffle when I'm moving. I have tried doing factory resets, and the issues continue. It's very frustrating and I'd appreciate any assistance in diagnosing and correcting this issue.
