I can’t add downloaded music on Clips

My music library on Clips shows no albums, no artists, no tracks. There are only playlists but they're empty even if I have a lot of downloaded music in my device. 11.2.6 iOS

Clips won't be able to use anything that has come from Apple Music. Could that explain the situation?
