My screen from my iphone 7 is black and when i touch the home button it vibrates.
But i can turn him on or something not even the icon from low battery...
Does someone has some advice?

Try a forced restart of your iP7, reading the 1st chapter of this support guide:
If your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch won't turn on or is frozen - Apple Support
If nothing changes, have your device inspected at your most convenient Apple Store or Authorized Service Provider:
Apple - Find Locations - Location Selector
