Question: ITunes Movies “Cannot Open. This content is not authorized.”

We are getting this message. I rented a movie. It took almost 3 hours to download because of where we live, and now when we click Play we get this message. I Reset All Settings, rebooted my iphone, signed out and in to iTunes but still getting that message. What do I need to do?
