Help with ITunes purchase.

Hi

I have rented a film of ITunes, once it downloaded I try to play but I get the message “There’s a problem loading this content”.

I’m lost as what to do, I’ve rented before not had a problem. I have looked for help but can’t find a relevant post.

I’m on an IPad Pro with iPadOS 14.4.
