Approving app request not wokring on any device

Hello!

My children want me to approve some apps to be installed using the "ask" functionality from their iTunes. I get the request, but most often it will time out, or not load in any way. If it loads, then the approval button is working when it feels like, i.e. not when I want it..

This is something that has been reported before and is an ongoing story for many years. Is there a time plan, or at least any kind of priority to fix this.
