This implies at least one of the following:

  • You did not purchase this iPhone as a new, factory sealed device
  • You did not purchase it from an Apple Store or Authorized Apple Retailer
  • You did not purchase it in the country where you currently reside
  • Your iPhone has had some user-caused damage

If none of the above were true, the iPhone would indeed still be under Apple's warranty after six months.

The switch on side to silence the phone doesn’t silence it’s like it don’t work! And three times the phone just started opening apps on its own crazy fast the second time it was plugged in and first time no and the last time I can’t remember if it was! Battery life doesn’t last long! I can be fully charged when I go to work and at break (3hrs later) I’ll open it up and it will be down to 50% and I will sit there and watch the % go down like a timer and go to 0 in 5 min! I have shut all apps off and closed all safari pages etc and it did this 2 more times. I bought this phone 6 months ago and it’s not under any warranty which ***** that’s why I’m trying to find a diagnosis for it! I have a

AT&T store 10 miles away but they tell me I have to go to an Apple store which closest one is 2 hours away and I can’t do that or I can send it in well I can’t be without phone that long so I figured I see what test or app I could do to find out what’s going on! Thx
