How to reset my mackbook pro?

My brother tried to login to my MacBook Pro he didn’t know my password and locked it.

When I tried to get on it, it would just turn off and restart after 2 minutes. I looked to other peoples issues like that so I decided to reset it using command + R and I deleted my disk. Now, it wont let me turn it up and it shows a block sign with a black screen. When I press command + R it shows to set up WiFi configurations but when I set it up it just say “apple support” and don’t let me do anything. how can I fix it?
