Song titles in iTunes

So I’ve purchased a few albums recently and noticed something that has never happened to me before. When buying albums from the same band if both albums have the same song on them I only get one of that song. The problem is one is a studio album and the other live. I.E. Guns N‘ Roses Use your Illusion and Live Era. So I’ve purchased both albums but only get one version of November Rain and Don’t Cry. If I try to download them for the other album it doesn’t work. My phone seems to think they are duplicate tracks even though the live versions have live added to the track name and the length is different. Anyone else having this issue?
