I have logged into a new appleID. I’m unable to download any apps as it shows that my account is locked and I need to verify it. I verified

1. Apps are permanently tied to the Apple ID that was used to download/install them. If you're using a different Apple ID you can't update those apps. The only thing you can do is to delete them (keeping in mind that you'll loose all the data related to those apps), then download/install them again.

2. Before making any changes to your apps, you need to resolve the "verification" issue.

There are many things you could try, but the easiest way is to contact Apple Support directly, using this link:
