Voicemail "Call Failed"

When I go to Voicemail tabs on the Phone app to setup voicemail, I just got "Call Failed." Anyone, has the same problem? And can you, please, share the solution?

Voicemail is a carrier service, and I would suggest that you contact them explaining your problem.

Voicemail Hi! I am unable to set up a voicemail. I have read through some of the forums here suggesting that I reset my network settings or reset my phone app, but nothing has worked so far. Voicemail set-up So I was attempting to set up my voicemail on my iPhone. I have never set up a voicemail previously. When I open the voicemail option on the phone app, it says "call voicemail" and when I click it calls with no ringing and then says call failed. I know its not a network problem, any advice on what is going on? As for as I researched I couldn't find anyone else with this same problem.
