How do you cancel a pending payment?

My iPhone won’t let me download or update anything and everytime I try it says to update my billing info. When I did, it said to use a different card. And it says that I have two pending payments, so how do I cancel that? Since I have no money on the card.

You need to contact iTunes Store support directly and explain your problem. Fill out this form:

iTunes Store - Contact Us - Apple Support
