Looks like no one’s replied in a while. To start the conversation again, simply ask a new question.

“unable to complete purchase” what should i do?

I added my card to my account and was able to buy a few in app purchases,but it was only for a day and now it says it can’t complete the purchase and I don’t know why

If you are also getting a message to contact iTunes Support, and if you haven't already contacted them, you should do so (these are user forums, not iTunes Support) :

- go to http://www.apple.com/support/itunes/ww

- click on your country's flag (the country where you are, and which is therefore the country on your account)

- click on Contact Support towards the top right

- click on Get Help under 'Talk To Us'
