apple music doesnt accept my credit card details anymore

since a few month i use apple music, always payed monthly by the same credit card. i received an email it wouldnt accept it anymore. my card details are entered correctly. but it just wouldnt take it as soon as i wannt to pay for something it brings me back to the card details page. what can i do? thanks
