how can i change the appearance of inbox?
On my new iPad the inbox list is a side bar and behind it is the last email opened as a full screen. How can I make the inbox list a full screen?

You can't change the appearance of the Mail app, only Apple can do it via an iOS update. If you hold the iPad in landscape orientation the list of emails should show on the left-hand side of the screen and the selected email on the right so that they don't overlap. You can't have the Inbox full screen.
