How to zoom out in Logic Pro X?

I know I can zoom in on a track by hitting Z. and zoom out by hitting Z again.

but if I zoom in on a track, and then use, for example, the down arrow to focus on the track below. And then I want to zoom out, so I hit Z again, and it wouldn't zoom out at all.

So what I normally do is I use Z to zoom in, and then I use the number keys to zoom out to a screenset that I created.

I'm wondering if there's a simple keyboard shortcut that allows me to zoom out after zooming in without using screensets.

Hold the option key and use the scroll up/down function or gesture on your mouse/trackpad.

Hope that helps
