Do you sell and do onsite support for Mac Mini ?

You will get free on site support for your mini here if you ask the questions as a continuation of this thread. How quickly is a matter of who is looking in at the time.

The success of the support will possibly be your ability to follow the instructions.

Usually an option for on-site service where available may be a tie in with an active AppleCare

extended service plan, and your local or regional authorized Apple service affiliates. This may

vary by region or country. And also may rely on local factors &/or independent providers.

The AppleCare sales and support pages of official Apple.com web site should state availability

and conditions of services in your area.

Because most of us who reply here are not Apple, we're volunteers and are not representatives

of Apple, as non-compensated individuals we're not much different than you. Except some of us

may choose to do this with our time; and use personal resources to try & help other Apple users.
