Is it possible to disable password hint on Sierra and High Sierra

Hello,

Please can you advise, is it possible to disable password Hint via a configuration profile/ script or similar?

When I have attempted to do this via script,

defaults write com.apple.loginwindow RetriesUntilHint -int 0

it is still reminding me and others of the password hint. I need to disable this feature for security purposes. When the screen is locked the password hint will not show up, however a restart and 3+ failed attempts will always show the password hint and I need to remove this.
