iPhone 7 plus speaker phone sound distorted! Poor quality

If the distorted sound you told happens both diring calls and while playing media, you might have debris and dirty particles closing your speaker or receiver (or both). For making sure it's clean, you can use a brush (like a toothbrush) for cleaning the sound passage. If you can, compare you iPhone with another's, so you'll see the grade is full of really tiny holes.

But if it happens only while on call, it might be an electronic failure and you should visit an Apple Store or Apple Authorised Service Provider for further diagnostics.
