How to I add a person to Messages and FaceTime?
Are you getting some sort of error message that someone isn't registered with iMessages/Facetime and you can't reach them because of that? If so, they need to add themselves to iMessages/FaceTime. You can't do it for them.
Thank for your response. If I understand your response the person that I'm trying to connect with have to register with iMessage/Facetime. Since they are my Middle School grandchildren I have to assume that they have not registered. I assume that once they do this that I should have no problem?
If the problem is that you cannot message them because their devices aren't registered with iMessages/Facetime, registering would solve the problem. And they need to do it on their end.
