My granddaughter just bought a Kobo Aura and wants to get books from the public library from her mini iPad to her Kobo. Anyone know how to do this? I own a Kobo, but use my laptop and need to connect with a cable to transfer books. I can't seem to find an adapter that would work with a mini iPad for transfers.

The cable that's used for charging the iPad will work for connecting it to the USB port on a computer.

There is no support for that. What app did she use to download those books? If it’s something like OverDrive, see if they have a version of hte app that works on her Kobo, then redownload them from her account.
I don't understand. She used the Overdrive app to download the book to her iPad. Are you saying Overdrive might have an app that would load onto her Kobo? Not sure that's possible. I own a Kobo H2O and I can't download apps to it. I have to physically connect via a micro USB cable and use the Adobe Digital Editions app to transfer books.
Sad. She just bought herself the Kobo to read books. My husband uses his iPad, I use my Kobo - you can't read books very well outdoors in sunlight using the iPad. My husband does it, but it's hard on the eyes and sometimes not worth trying. Thanks for your help, though.
Thanks, but the issue is getting the book from the iPad mini to the Kobo without having a computer. My granddaughter doesn't own a computer.
She can't connect the iPad to a Kobo, she will have to use the iPad to read them
