What do I do if only one earphone works?

Only the left earphone works. What do I do?

Hi Pokeless17,

Thanks for responding. It sounds like you are asking about the wired EarPods that come with the iPhone 8. The resource below provides a few things you can try to address the issue with your right EarPod. You may need to have an Apple Store Genius or an Apple Authorized Service Provider physically inspect your headphones for you.
