Overscan with Acer Monitor

Looking for some help with my late 2012 Mac mini. Running 2 monitors 1 through HDMI, 2nd through thunderbolt - HDMI before macOS High Sierra 10.13.3 my screens would fit perfectly. However no that I am on High Sierra it's not fitting as in only half of my menu bar is showing and it looks like a little bit of my desktop is off the screen. Please help I have tried everything. When I do take a screen shot however it does show the whole screen as if nothing is wrong. The monitors that I am running are Acer Monitor S232HL, I am looking for any help please.

Reset the NVRAM, as per > How to reset NVRAM on your Mac - Apple Support

If that does not help,

1. Hold the ALT (option) key when you click on the Scaled button and try another resolution.

2. Open the Acer Menu and check to make sure that the Picture Size is correct.

3. Change one or both of the Acer monitors to a DVI adapter and cable.

one Mini DisplayPort to DVI adapter

and one HDMI to DVI adapter
