Hacking

I’m wondering if anyone has some answers to how I can expedite legal action against a person that has hacked into all of my accounts, including just two name 2 ..Apple, and iTunes? By using some sort of malware, spy equipment , and/or program that is sophisticated enough to bypass all of my passwords, two factor logins , and multiple attempts to change passwords. ‘My pictures, email, you name it. Its quite obvious after searching for days for the proof I gathere needed to prosecute that the simplest priif of evidence which I stumbled on by pure luck ... that after requesting all posts from this community forum to be sent to my email. I discovered after posting a question myself, with MY Iphone, a devuce she has compromised told me all I needed to know...

low and behold.. I already had a profile (I did not set up mysejf) from 2007 that she was posting with as well as me on her own device (her Mac) .. we are posting with the Sane profile on two diff devices , in two separate locations . Help me to stop her from ruining another honest persons life.

Thanks for your reply.. I don’t think your being rude but I do believe Apple sees themselves as impenetrable and because of that, they aren’t taking this seriously. I HAVE most certainly changed my PASSWORDS. Multiple times dear.. she had access to everything. Mayb hi-jacked is a better way to describe it? But it’s happening and I have the evidence to support it. She has very sophisticated equipment and is very knowledge when it comes to all this..... Cyber fraud, to include identity theft, and tax theft, check fraud, ( to say the least) All together she has spent around 7 years in prison for this. I appreciate and respect what Apple has in terms of security but she HAS breeched it. She monitors all my on-line moves and not only do I have to deal with that, I have been doubted from the start. It wold be nice if someone had my back

The one I posted was christifrompeoria which I should note was a profile already made with my Apple ID that I did not make. Never even had that user I’d. She compromised my sons ipad, her fb just popped up on it. She lived with Me and had access to all my devices, passwords, accounts . She hi jacked my windows , iPad iPhone. Found an Ethernet cable in my sons room attached to router. Just a bunch of weird clues, she synced to my Bluetooth. I do not have an Apple Watch, Mac or tv.. she has gone to prison 3x for this /fraud

I’m sorry to bug you . I’m not gonna allow her to do this to someone else. Apple won’t taje me seriously .i will go to the local police. I’m just not very tech savvy and it all sounds bannanas but it’s all happening and I feel helpless. She locks me out of my computer with windows, making herself main administrator. I’ve see. Her ghosting me, open in my computer with me! I don’t just want to erase everything on my devices because it’s enough to incriminate her.id really like to know how to kick her devices off in the mean time ex.. watch, tv,mac??

Thanks Eric,

Naturally that was the first thing I did. In fact, I have done this multiple times. Although it sounds bannanas, She is backdooring me somehow and no matter what change I make, she sees it, and is always one step ahead. She has been to prison half her life for this (which I recently found out), along with faking cancer and pocketing all the donations from her fundraiser. Its a bit more sophisticated then just a one time ID and password swipe.

Okay, let me be the first to say this. You weren't hacked. While it is possible to be "hacked" on an Apple Device, it is HIGHLY unlikely that you have received anything malicious. Apple security is way too good for that. From what I have gathered, she lived with you, right? So, she could have gotten your Apple ID and password that way. The solution here is simple. CHANGE YOUR PASSWORDS.

I dont mean to come off as rude, but its as easy as that. if you just simply change your password she won't be able to mess with your stuff.

Since I am replying to you here, I can't go into full detail with some of the things I have said. But, if you wish to know more, just let me know. I'd be glad to help.

Apple is normally very good with their security. The chances of getting malicious content on your Apple product is very rare. To me it seems like she has your email address and is able to see when you change your passwords, so she then knows as well and is able to learn them.

Another thought of mine: She is probably getting access to your Apple ID and devices by a method called "Cracking". It's a method where you "open" something up (like a database or website) and "dig" for passwords, usernames etc etc. It's not too hard for the common person to do, but it seems like she is a bit more "technologically literate" to say the least.

I am willing to help you in anyway possible, but it doesn't seem like I can do much. I know this stuff can happen, and it does happen, and I know how it feels to have information stolen. Keep in touch for updates!
