One of my exchange accounts doesn’t work on mobile data and I keep getting asked to enter the password for it and when I do I get the following message on my iPhone screen: Hotmail-email-mismatch-message! Any idea why?
All my other emails work!
I had this same thing happen yesterday - but once I ensured that I had "cell data" turned on for "settings" it then worked just fine. I'm curious if you try that if it resolves the issue or if it just happened to be a coincidence on my side.
Does it work over Wi-Fi both when you are on site and off site? Does Outlook Web Access work?

Yes it works on Wifi and through web access or the outlook app but even on WiFi it keeps asking me for the password!
Any ideas why it’s plsying up?
Not really. Have you tried deleting the account and setting up again? Can you get any help from the admin?
