Getting notes back?

Hello,

Last winter I got a new IPhone (switched from SE to IPhone 7) and I made sure I had everything from my old phone in case I needed it (photos, Itunes, etc.) so what I did was I emailed myself all my notes from my phone and then deleted them (bad idea, apparently when a note is deleted the sharing feature stops) now I have all the emails with all my notes but when I try to open the note it says "Note Unavailable: The owner stopped sharing, or you don't have permission to open it."

I checked and they are not on my ICloud

Are my notes gone for good or is there a chance I can get them back?
