Where did the Individual Plan go?

had a notification saying there was a problem with my Apple Music Billing. I’ve sorted that out but there is no option now to choose the same plan I had before which was monthly Individual plan subscription. Please help? User uploaded file

Periodically, UNiDAYS re-validates your student status. If UNiDAYS finds that you're no longer a student or if you have a Student subscription for a full 48 months, your subscription automatically becomes an Apple Music Individual subscription.
