Why my apps are downloading so slow or barely in spite of the good internet connection that I have on mobile data?

The download starts and then stops for no reason. It s about apple Iphone 7plus rhat i ve got 3 weeks ago. Also to mention that the download continues only after I restart my phone

When you say mobile data, are you downloading or updating your apps using mobile data? You should be using Wifi to download or update apps.
