I am trying to stream the below internet radio station in Itunes.http://172.obj.netromedia.com/xlnc/xlnc/playlist.m3u8
Itunes ignores it. I can open the stream and play perfectly in VLC.
Does anybody know how to stream the above link in itunes?
Seems that link contains a playlist that references another playlist at http://172.obj.netromedia.com/xlnc/xlnc/chunklist_w1849826707.m3u8 and inside the second playlist are links to three .aac streams. I'm not sure what it is that iTunes objects to, but failing silently is par for the course.

I don't know. Best you can do is let the station know you're having trouble accessing it with iTunes and see what they say.

I noticed that every time you download the playlist.m3u8 file from that url the "chunklist_######".m3u8 number always changes. Is there some encryption that the radio station url is using and itunes doesn't recognize it but VLC does? This is the first time I have play around with these types of files so I don't know much if anything about them.
