I am a maker of the podcast Yogi Misfit Sessions. There is an arbitrary assigned Season One for three episodes, and the rest fall under Unknown Season when you view all available episodes.
How do I remove the seasons all together from appearing in the Podcasts app? Each episode is meant to be an individual session, and session 38 just came out today. Is there a way to do this? Currently unable to reach Apple via iTunes Connect.

The information is carried in the 'itunes:season' tag for each episode. However your feed is at
https://feed.pippa.io/public/shows/5ab08b0a8c2a521341faccdc
and I don't see this tag anywhere in it. I also don't see any Season listing in the Store or in iTunes (though I don't have the latest version which may show these tags), and I don't have the Podcasts app to check there. I can only suggest you contact either the provider of whatever method you use to create your feed, or Podcasts Support: go to https://itunespartner.apple.com/en/podcasts/overview and click the 'Contact Us' link at the bottom of the page.
