My iPad Air 2 will not automatically update app

iPad Air 2 v11.2.6 (15D100) auto app updates not working On or off charger. App-Auto Update turned on for all. Notifications turned on for Apps. Must daily hit update all in App Store updates. Is there a Push for app updates (which I cannot find) that I must turn on?
