Annoying menu appears when using piano roll

Every time I try to drag and select multiple notes on the piano roll, this little menu thing would show up and interrupt my selection. It is incredibly annoying and irritating. This menu also appears whenever I simply click(not right click) anywhere on the piano roll, idk if that's supposed to happen.

Is there a way to avoid this? I'm using my Macbook's trackpad btw. Someone suggested turning off secondary click, I've tried that but didn't work.
