Yes, however this is a MacBook 13" retina 2015. Another finding is that the lines don't appear on white but only on colored areas of the screen.
I can't say anything about the single black line. The flimmering pink lines you see sometimes in many macbooks sold in 2011, 2012 after a number of years. That is hardware issue. Visit Apple for it.
Yes it happens also in other year macbook...s.
