MacBook Pro 2017 Screen issues

Hello together, I have my MB Pro 2017 since December 17, so nearly 16 months. Since few weeks it starts to have some display issues and it´s not important if the macbook runs for its own or if it´s connected to a second monitor (macbook is not open) issues are the same.

The picture what I´ve made is by photoshop because the issue is about 0.3 seconds, maybe once per day, or 3 times per day or 1 per week. The point is, I can't reproduce it, this is why I´ve made the picture through photoshop.

Can someone help me ?
