Why can’t I see my top charts on Apple Music

For the past few months I can’t see the top charts on Apple Music it was working fine then suddenly stopped (I already tried deleting and downloading again)

Item not available ever since i changed plans on Apple Music some of the music i used to have keeps on saying item not available

Open iTunes, go to the "Store" tab, and look on the right side. You will see "Top Songs" and "Top Albums".
