Received message that my Apple ID and phone number are now being used for iMessage on a new iPhone.
I don't have a new iPhone. Have I been hacked?
I was able to change password on my Apple ID but, can't figure how to change my password on iCloud
on my iPhone 7.

Settings/Your Name/iCloud, sign out, and sign back in with the new password.
