I have a Macbook pro-Retina 13inch, mid-2014 running High Sierra version 10.13.3.
I recently used a USB stick form a friend of mine after which I am having this unusual notification of asking access to my keychain whenever I activate Siri, I believe its a virus from windows os.
I have attached a screenshot of the problem that I have mentioned.
Please help.

it's very unlikely your MacBook got infected by a Win virus.

"assistantd" allows Siri to access your passwords stored in Keychain Access.

no, I have not provided my password coz before until this event, Siri has never asked for passwords.
hence the button Always Allow
Apple assistant (Siri) needs to have authority to access your machine, it is not a Windows virus, which cannot directly run on an Apple based machine. Have you provided the password?
