Watch not synchronizing

My workouts aren’t being synced to my phone from my watch. I can see the details of my workouts (hr, cal burned, time ect) but once I hit end it disappears and never gets synced into my iPhone activities app. I’m current with my updates and have no idea why this is happening

Watch tracks and shows days of closed rings accurately, but Activity app in iPhone shows zero activity since it stopped syncing about a week ago. My Apple Watch is not syncing my activity. The first 2 days I had my Apple Watch my activity was synced and came up on my phone but now it doesn’t and all my workouts don’t either. Does anyone know how to fix that? I have tried everything that I can find and nothing works.

Activity app has stopped syncing my runs My Activity app has stopped syncing my runs from my Apple Watch to my iPhone, but does sync strength workouts. It shows as a period of exercise on my phone but doesn’t say what it was nor can I see any detail; I can see detail on my Watch. Has anyone had the same issue? Is it a bug?
